1. The magician shows 5 laminated pictures of pretty women  to a member of the audience. After he has freely selected one of them he can mix the pictures as he wishes. The magician then asks the member of the audience to hold the pictures between his hands. Even like this the magician picks out the selected picture on the first try!

2. Holding the pictures behind his back the magician quickly picks out the selected picture!

3.Mentalist version: The assistant from the audience only thinks about the picture. He doesn't pick it out and does not even touch it. The magician places the pictures in his pocket and referring to his feelings, confidently picks out the picture that his assistant had mentally selected.
