About the Author
After serving in the pastorate for seventeen years, Duane and Mary Laflin entered a full time traveling ministry that has taken them to nearly every state in the USA and to a number of foreign countries. They use gospel magic tricks to attract audiences and illustrate spirutual truth.
Their ministry has been a featured subject on the national radio program, The Osgood Files. Duane has also been seen performing tricks for television specials on The Discovery Channel and The Learning Channel.
Duane was the international president of the Fellowship of Christian Magicians for four years. He has written numerous pamphlets featuring gospel magic routines, published a magazine featuring gospel magic, produced five videos explaining gospel magic lessons and techniques, lectured and performed at every major convention of gospel magicians in the world, lectured and performed for nearly every major convention of secular magicians in America, and been a special guest performer and lecturer at the British Ring convention, which is one of the largest gatherings of magicians in Europe.
He also has been a guest lecturer at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.
