PROs:
-Great value.
-Genuine leather.
-Flint strikes easily.
-Gimmick lights immediately.
-Can be modified for CTW! ;-)
CONS:
-The gimmicks are spaced a bit far apart so when you strike the flint, only one will catch; you must close the wallet slightly to catch the other side on fire.
-No magnet like in other wallets to help keep the gimmick flap concealed, but that is easily remedied by purchasing small neodymium magnets.
-Gimmicks don't always line up perfectly when you close the wallet, so the flame doesn't extinguish immediately; helps if you blow on it after you close it. Magnet may help with this as well.
-Pads are not completely encased by the metal, so the lighter fluid dries out much faster than in other wallets I've owned (Jardonnet), but some bending of the metal can make a big difference with that.
BOTTOM LINE: An excellent fire wallet for the price. If you need a good, cheap, and simple, this is well worth it and an excellent first fire wallet. If you plan on using this A LOT, I'd recommend saving up for a more expensive model. (I've used the same Jardonnet for years and it has never disappointed.)
