I often carry this in my walk-around case, vanish the salt from the shaker, then I have another method I use to vanish the salt shaker. Gets a few jaws dropped every time. This trick used to be a little cheaper a few years ago, but for some reason, Vernet has raised the price. It's getting harder to find these days. It's made pretty well. Here's what I'd change if I could: the price. Drop it down to about ten or twelve dolalrs and it's a good value. As it is, it's a fair value. What I would like to see different for this price, (or if Vernet sees fit to raise the price again): 1. I'd like it to have a metal top. This one looks metallic; but it is plastic. 2. I'd like it to be shaped more like the standard, classic salt shakers you see in restaurants. This is close; but dissimilar enough that spectators notice. (Especially those who are sitting at tables with salt shakers not matching the one I'm using.) But, hey...that's just me.
