These are a decent set of spring bills for a great price. The spring action on the bills are fantastic! The bills themselves are kind of cartoon-ish. The picture makes them look like real one dollar bills but up close, it becomes apparent they are not. They are all all tied together with string, so that when released they form a big, loose ball of bills. They fold quite flat and can easily be used in most production items. A real bargain for the price!
