The card CHANGED!!

The Magician shows three cards in a fan
The middle card, Say a king is seen
He turns over the fan so the fan is now face-down
Don't change the postition of the cards
He then ask a spectator to pull out the king
The magician shows the two remaining cards are not kings
However, when they look at the card the spectator has..
It has CHANGED to some other card!!!
