You show a mansion, and explain, "this is my wife's dream house". "I looked at my budget, and this is what I can actually afford", the paper is folded to show a small ranch house. "My wife was not too pleased, she asked, it's kind of small, where is my mother going to live?" The paper is folded again to show an out house! Great comedy.
