Ice and Water.
You show an empty glass and pour some water into it and cover it with a piece of paper. The Glass is then turned upside down and the paper removed, but the water does not fall out!!!!
You explain that is because the water has turned into ice. You then remove the ice from the glass and openly show it to the audience. You can then turn the ice back into water and pour it out into another glass.
