The use of a shim allows for the flipper coin to switch between gravity and magnetic mode, and more routines depend on you.

High-precision wire cutting produces gimmicks that are hard to decern even at close range. The shell and coin nest perfectly, almost no different from a regular coin. The whole flipper coin is the same size as a regular Walking Liberty Half Dollar.
