Effective through August 15, 2025

At Madhatter Magic Co., customer satisfaction has always been a top priority as a new owner we intend to continue this trend. We want to make sure expectations are clear regarding returns and exchanges. during this transition.

📦 Final Sale Notice 

All purchases made as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to accept any exceptions to this policy.

🗓️ Returns & Exchanges 

If you purchased an item and it unfortunately arrives damaged to initiate a return or exchange. for an item you just can't use for whatever reason a store credit will be issued. 

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging. a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.  Store credit will be issued.

• Returns for damaged or defective items must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Media products (e.g., books, DVDs, CDs, downloads) are non-returnable once opened or accessed.

• Special orders and handcrafted items are final sale.

• Final sale items cannot be returned for any reason.

💬 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@madhattermagicshop.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days or a store credit will be applied to your account. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
